On the main tab you can specify, from which
folders the files for the backup will be taken. For this you need
to put a mark next to the necessary folder. By default, the backup
of files from all the folders will be carried out. |

On the second tab of this dialogue you can put filters
on the files, which will be included to or excluded from the list
of files for the backup. For this you need to put a mark next to the
necessary filter in the list of filters. In case, if there is no necessary
filter in the list, the user can always add it. It is also possible
to edit or delete filters. |

On the third tab you can specify additional conditions
for the files you want to backup. To make the necessary condition
active, you need to put a tick next to the corresponding label. |

On the forth tab there is information about the criteria
of the files choice. To make the necessary condition active, you need
to put a tick next to the corresponding inscription or put nonzero
values in the section “Size”. |

3 : Specify the transport for the backup copies transfer |

The third step of the new profile creation is specifying
the transport for the backup copies transfer. The program offers three
mechanisms of the transfer:
• Local/Lan (Home Edition and
Professional Edition);
• FTP (only Professional Edition);
• EMail (only Professional Edition).

Using it you can save backup copies on the FTP-server.
It is necessary to specify the Host, User, Password and the folder
into which the copies will be saved. |

It serves for sending of the backup copies by e-mail.
It is necessary to specify, to whom you are sending a letter. |

It serves for sending of the backup copies by CD-R/CD-RW/DVD-R/DVD-RW
disks. It is necessary to specify a Drive and Folder, to whom you
are writting your backup. |
